This is surely the best nice budget hotel, welcoming staff, neat rooms. the setting is good and great, it's just off Central Market, Riverside and Royal Palace. - Further transport in Cambodia/Vietnam and Exchange Square is convenient. - Prampir Makara district won't disappoint you. - I would recommend and would stay there again.

the nicest place to stay when traveling to phnom penh. nice hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. particularly good and marvellous location, within walking distance of everywhere. reasonably large room, brand-new, with comfortable beds.

The hotel has decently sized and brand-new rooms. the rooms have air conditioning. - the staff is very friendly and amiable. - the location is magnificent, in a busy area near bus stations. - There is a wide range of good food available.
